Tricia Creason-Valencia is collaborating with artists Pilar Agüero-Esparza and Dio Mendoza on their artist-in-residency installation, El Shop, at the Zero1 festival in San Jose, CA in September, 2010.

El Shop features artists Pilar Agüero-Esparza and Dio Mendoza and highlights their apprenticeship with José Agüero, a third-generation huarache-maker (traditional Mexican sandals) at his shop in South Central Los Angeles.

DECEMBER 2009: Tricia Creason-Valencia was accepted into the 2010 Multi-Cultural Arts Leadership Initiative, a leadership program for multi-cultural arts leaders in the Silicon Valley.
MAY 2009: The Arts Council of Silicon Valley awarded the 2009 Artist Fellowship to Producer, Tricia Creason-Valencia. Her work was featured in an exhibition titled Journeys: A Celebration of Artistic Excellence in Silicon Valley at the Triton Museum in Santa Clara, during the summer of 2009.
