a women-owned film and video production company conceived by three filmmakers, Amy Happ, Meadow Holmes, and Tricia Creason-Valencia, while students at San Francisco State University’s film school many years ago. The creation of FLACAFILMS allows us to continue our rewarding collaboration as filmmakers, activists, and educators.

Since becoming a parent through adoption, Tricia has expanded the scope of FLACAFILMS to include ADOPTION MOVIES, short films created for adoptive families about their children’s journey to join their families.
